Fairview Heights

We are the Sanitation Improvement District for Fairview Heights SID #81. We manage the water, street maintenance, and garbage collection for our district. We will be updating this site regularly to keep residents and future residents up-to-date on any Water Resolution and any pertinent information regarding SID #81. Please contact Kelly Rudie at 402-212-8772 if you are doing any projects that require using the curb stop (shut off valve). These curb stops are at an average age of 40 years old. We would like a heads up so if something goes wrong we can have the proper people available to resolve the issue. We would also like to post on here to the neighbors that there is a small chance they may have an interruption in their water service. Thank you for your cooperation.
